Storage and product support

Keep the can. Keep the facts connected.

Storage protects more than the product: it keeps ingredients, warnings, directions, and lot information connected to the pouches. Use this guide for practical support preparation while following the current label.

Use the current storage instruction

Read and follow the storage language on the current can. Do not invent a temperature range, refrigeration requirement, expiration period, or humidity rule from a general article. Product-specific storage information belongs on the label. If the instruction is missing, damaged, or hard to read, keep the package and contact support before relying on an older image or another product's directions.

Keep the original can

The original can protects the label, product identity, and lot or batch code. Keep it until all pouches are finished, even if a smaller container seems more convenient. Moving pouches into an unlabeled container can separate them from ingredients, caffeine amount, warnings, and support information. It can also make accidental access by another adult, child, or pet harder to identify.

Close the container after use

Return unused pouches to the original can and close it after selecting one. Do not leave loose pouches on a desk, in a cup holder, on a bedside surface, or in a bag where they can be mistaken for another item. Follow any additional closure or storage instruction printed on the package. If the closure no longer works, stop and contact support.

Keep away from children and pets

Store both unused and used pouches where children and pets cannot reach them. A closed can is not a substitute for secure placement. Do not leave the product in a shared snack drawer, open wastebasket, vehicle compartment, coat pocket, gym bag, or travel pouch that a child or animal can access. The product is for healthy adults 18+ only.

Handle used pouches responsibly

Discard a used pouch responsibly after use and keep it away from children and pets until disposal. Do not return a used pouch to the side of a container unless the current package specifically provides and labels a disposal area. Wash your hands if product contents contact them. Do not flush pouches or leave them loose in public or shared spaces.

Damaged, open, wet, or unusual product

Do not use a pouch that appears open, torn, wet, contaminated, or otherwise different from the rest of the can. Keep the affected item and packaging, take clear photos, and contact support. Include the order number, product name, flavor, visible damage, and lot or batch code. Do not mail the item or discard evidence until written support instructions are provided.

Travel with the labeled product

Keep pouches in the original labeled can during travel. Check current carrier, venue, destination, and local rules before packing a product, because this page cannot determine every jurisdiction or security policy. Protect the can from being crushed or opened in a bag. Do not leave it in a location where other travelers, children, or pets may access it.

Why lot information matters

The lot or batch code helps connect a support question to a production group. It does not itself prove a test result or product approval. Photograph the code while it is readable if a can is damaged or a product concern arises. Product-specific documentation should be interpreted by its scope; a general facility certificate does not automatically describe every finished-product lot.

What to include in a support request

For product questions, include the product name, flavor, photos, and lot or batch code. For order questions, also include the order number, delivery address correction when relevant, and a concise description of the issue. Do not send payment information or unnecessary sensitive data through the contact form. We aim to respond within two business days, but urgent medical concerns require appropriate medical help.

Storage and return eligibility

Opened or used consumable items are not eligible for a routine return. Store an unopened item in its original packaging while a return request is reviewed. Do not mail it before written authorization. Eligible unopened items may be requested for return within the current policy window, subject to published terms. The return address or label provided by support is the correct destination.

Serious reaction or illness

If you believe a product caused a serious reaction or illness, stop using it and seek appropriate medical help. Keep the package and lot information. Contact QUIET VOLT so the product question can be documented. The FDA also explains how consumers can report a dietary supplement problem.
