Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the QUIET VOLT online store. In these Terms, Quiet Volt, we, us, and our refer to Quiet Volt LLC, identified on the product label as the distributor. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our applicable policies.

Products and product information

QUIET VOLT products are dietary supplements. Read and follow the product label, including directions, warnings, and storage instructions. Products are not for individuals under 18 years of age. The statements on the label have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Orders

You are responsible for providing accurate order, shipping, and payment information. Product availability, prices, and purchase options may change. We may decline or cancel an order when necessary, including for suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or unavailability; if payment was captured for a cancelled order, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Policies

Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Subscription Policy apply to the relevant parts of your use of the store and purchases. If a policy addresses a specific subject, that policy controls for that subject.
