Refund policy

Return eligibility

To request a return, email hefeifei0819@gmail.com within 30 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept change-of-mind returns of opened pouches or cans, or items that are not safely resalable.

Return authorization and shipping

Do not ship any product before receiving written return authorization. After approval, we provide the applicable U.S. 3PL receiving address or a prepaid label when appropriate. Do not send returns to the public website address or to China. For ordinary eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If an item is incorrect, damaged, unsealed, or has a verified labeling issue, contact us with your order number, photos, and lot or batch details if available; we will review a refund or replacement and may not require a physical return.

Refund timing

After an approved return is received and inspected, we issue an approved refund to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
