Quality & safety
Clear facts. Traceable questions.
This page explains the standards we use for product information, lot and batch support, educational content, and customer questions. It does not replace the label on the can, individualized medical advice, or a product-specific test document.
The current label is the source of truth
Product details can change as packaging or formulas are updated. Before ordering and before use, read the label on the can you receive. It is the controlling source for caffeine amount, pouch count, ingredient statement, directions, warnings, storage instructions, and other required disclosures. Website copy is intended to make those details easier to find, not to replace the physical label.
Lot and batch questions
Keep the can when you contact us about a product. A clear photo of the package and any visible lot or batch code helps support identify the item involved. When product-specific documentation is available for that lot, support can explain what can be shared and what the document covers. We do not present a facility registration, system certificate, or general manufacturing document as proof that an individual finished product or claim has been approved.
What manufacturing information means
Manufacturing information should identify its scope. A statement about a manufacturing partner, facility, process, or management system does not automatically describe every ingredient, every finished-product lot, or every claim made on a storefront. When we publish manufacturing information, we aim to state whether it applies to the facility, a process, a document, or the finished product. Product-specific conclusions require product-specific evidence and should remain connected to the relevant item and lot.
How to read certificates and registrations
A certificate or registration should be read with its issuer, holder, site, scope, standard, issue date, and expiration date. It may describe a quality-management or food-safety system without testing every finished product. Registration with a regulator is not the same as regulator approval of a product. We will not use a cropped badge or logo to imply a broader conclusion than the underlying document supports.
Damaged cans and unsealed pouches
Do not use a pouch from a damaged can or a pouch that appears open, torn, wet, contaminated, or otherwise different from the rest of the product. Keep the item and packaging, take clear photos, and contact support with your order number and lot or batch information when available. Do not mail a return until you receive written return instructions.
Caffeine safety context
Count caffeine from every source, including coffee, tea, energy drinks, foods, supplements, and medicines. Sensitivity varies by person and may be affected by health conditions, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and medications. If you have a medical question or have been advised to limit caffeine, ask an appropriate healthcare professional before use. For general context, read the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's consumer guidance on caffeine.
How we review educational content
QUIET VOLT educational pages separate product facts from general information. Product-specific statements should be checked against the current label, current product page, and current store policies. Health and safety context should link to primary public sources such as the FDA. Articles show their publisher and update date. When a qualified individual reviews an article, the reviewer and relevant role should be identified; we do not imply medical review when no such review occurred. Material errors should be corrected and the article update date changed.
Product changes and website corrections
If packaging, ingredients, directions, warnings, pack options, prices, or policies change, the current product label, live product page, checkout, and published policies take priority over older screenshots or articles. We review affected customer-facing pages when a material change is confirmed. If you find a mismatch, send the page URL, a photo of the current can, and the lot or batch code to support so the difference can be investigated and corrected.
Claims we avoid
A caffeine pouch is a product format, not a treatment. We do not present QUIET VOLT as a nicotine-replacement product, smoking-cessation aid, medicine, or a product that prevents or treats disease. We also avoid unsupported promises about absorption speed, performance, focus, health outcomes, or the absence of a caffeine crash. Flavor descriptions are sensory descriptions, not evidence of a health effect.
Contact, response, and problem reporting
Email hefeifei0819@gmail.com or use the contact form for product, order, shipping, return, labeling, or lot questions. We aim to reply within two business days. Include the order number, product name, photos, and lot or batch details when relevant. If you believe a product caused a serious reaction or illness, stop using it and seek appropriate medical help. The FDA also explains how consumers can report a dietary supplement problem.
